Patterning

For math this unit, we have been doing patterning. We have learned how to do ordered pairs, make a graph, complete a t-table, make the next picture in the pattern, find a rule, and answer questions about how to do things that we are working on. I have found this a pretty easy unit to learn. I thought I had learned everything about patterning but I guess I had not. Ordered pairs were easy because you just had to look at a t-table or a graph and then write the two numbers in quotations. Making a graph with information was easy to because I had learned it last year. Completing a t-table was okay. I thought this because it was sometimes hard to find out what the rule was but after I had the rule it was quite simple. Making the next picture was a piece of cake; you just had to find the rule then draw the picture. Finding a rule was a little harder, but only when there was two steps to finding it. Answering was really easy too. I didn't have any questions because I knew what to do. I don't think this was a very hard unit because it was just a review from last year. Over all, I have learned a lot in this unit!
